What is a TV Show You Forgotten and Recently Remembered?

What is a tv show you used to watch, forgotten about but have recently remembered?

Mine: Phineas and Ferb. I grew up watching that show and completely forgot its existence until this week and have been re-watching it.

Ned's Newt. I watched it all the time when I was about 7 or 8. But I guess I just forgot about it for years, and it doesn't help that it's also super obscure so it's not something that appears in nostalgic cartoon memes. I tried to rewatch it recently tho and it was super annoying. I don't really like the Genie from Aladdin and that is sort of what vibe the newt has.

Another one is Oswald. I saw fanart for it on Twitter and was like OH MY GOD. This show is so sweet and wholesome. My baby sister used to call him an "Octoplut" it was so cute.

Grizzly Tales for Gruesome Kids, episode that is engraved in my mind is about boy stealing stuff and then he finds expensive bag (i think it was like sports bag, with tracksuit ? )
edit: forgot to say what happens next, he gets price tags/name tags (i can't remember) stuck on his skin

Robotech. I'd read an article about its history but didn't remember that I had actually watched it. I'd even see clips of it/Macross and wonder why the characters looked so familiar to me.

It wasn't until I watched a video that showed the few scenes that I actually remembered that it finally clicked. I think little kid me believed I had been watching Gundam which probably added to the confusion XD.

Macross was actually Gundam's competitor at the time. Gundam focused more on the war side of things, while Macross focused more on the peace "Make love, not war" side of things. And then Macross devolved into loli vocaloid crap.

I actually do recommend you check out the Japan side of things. Macross: Do You Remember Love? (the best anime movie ever) and Macross Plus (Cowboy Bebop creator's first project) specifically :v

Robotech on the other hand issssssssssssss.... I guess I'm still bitter about the whole Harmony Gold thing. At least Macross Plus (somehow) made its way to America with Bryan Cranston voicing the protag lmao.

Yeah think I will check it out some time. Because I do remember genuinely enjoying it. Though probably not enough to be completely nostalgic for the Robotech version haha.

I do hope Macross gets more love. I have a feeling the Gundam movie might get Sony to make that live-action Macross movie... although they might go with the Robotech version which is ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
