What is considered NSFW? (Mainly on Patreon)

I've tried to contact Patreon about this but I haven't really received a response so I figured I'll ask around instead, so I want to launch a Patreon and My art tends to fall into a sexier spectrum but at the same time my work contains no nudity but I will admit that it is somewhat suggestive but not in a vulgar way, to give you an example (using other peoples art LOL) my art tends to be things like this

So I'm sure this isn't safe to show in an office or school so it is technically "Not Safe For Work" but does that mean on my patreon (Since I want to make art like this) I would have to make my account an R18 account even though at worst this would be considered tease / pin up art, I mean wouldn't it be a little extreme to put my art in the NSFW category especially considering the fact that online the term NSFW is honestly used to describe pornographic art and not so much sexy art which is deemed to be generally acceptable?

it technically doesnt have any nudity or an extremely sexual nature, so suggestive works tend to be seen as SFW.
If this is the extent of your works i believe just like, 16+ etc should be enough, which im fairly sure is the minimum for using patreon anyway, as the person needs to approve their age for online payments.

they are clamping down big time on people with this kind of work. I know someone who just was told to take stuff down and they even told him to take his links to the work off facebook and twitter. the days of the care free net are dead

Is this just because they're American based? Seems like American sites are really getting pounded lately.

though you could call it riskey or soft core XP but mostly pg 13+ I think =P
