I actually was confused by The Coven (2015$ http://movie4k.sc/1999-the-coven-2015.html ). May be someone thinks the other way, but for me that was the pile of strange acts.

I loved the visual effects with the "fight" scenes. I feel like that's what got people in the theaters, like me. Everything else? Just terrible. Adam Sandler must be stopped.

I think the worst movie I've ever seen would be Cannibal Holocaust. Please don't watch it. Save yourself the pain and misery of real animal torture/killing, real human executions via news footage, and real indigenous cast members being shoved into an actually burning hut.
It was such an awful thing to sit through but I had to for a film class and I just... wow I wish I had never seen it. I cried so much.

A few come to mind for me. The House of the Dead by Uwe Boll was straight-up TERRIBLE. Just...wow. My wife and I were embarrassed to watch that one. I've always loathed Mortal Kombat Annihilation. The first movie was decent and cheesy, but that movie was...ugh. Especially those green screen effects. Oh, and worst of all would have to be Mall Cop 2. My wife and I could actually bear watching Mall Cop 1. She thinks it's kind of a cute movie, even though it's not particularly well-made, but the second was pure garbage. We saw it in the theatre on a whim without checking reviews, and god must have been watching over me, because 40 minutes into the movie, the film kept cutting out and stopping about 3 or 4 times. I took advantage of that time to go to the front to demand a refund. Money was saved, but sadly, our time was not. I felt so dirty paying for it in the first place, even though I got that refund. Never again, Happy Madison...never again.

Right now it's a tie between the 2015 Fantastic 4 movie, Krampus, and Terminator Genisys(which hurts coz I'm a Terminator fan). But I still must say Dragon Wars beats them all!!!

Uuuuhhhhh, Birdemic, if that counts? It's kind of a "so bad it's good" flick, though, since the CGI and the acting are so unabashedly awful.

If that doesn't count, then Mortal Kombat: Annihilation? Probably a few enjoyed it for the fanservice, but I didn't play the games, so it just came off as confusing to me.

Paranormal activity.
Horrible, just horrible, it wasn't scary, it was stupid and boring. They didn't even research how does these things work. there are countless of real cases with no explanation, books of esoterism, but no, they did something extremely basic and common. Also the sequels were the same as the first one, really nothing "new", same situation but with other characters.
I'd mention the REC movie (I watched both versions), sometimes it was scary but it was the usual jumpscares so it wasn't "that" scary, it was more the surprise than anything else, and I was more concerned like "why don't you just do something else instead" "why are you separating in a closed place with potentially 2 crazy guys hidding somewhere and you're all with NO weapons?!". Oh and the Resident Evil, the first one was "ok" but later they went full Michael Bay with Matrix and who knows what, it stopped being a zombie survival and became a X-Men zombie survival. I didn't like at all Silent Hill 2, the first movie kinda followed the plot, kinda, and I'm grateful of that cause they could have messed up and the fact they changed Harry for his wife instead... at least it kinda followed the point of it, but the 2 was...something made for teenagers, yeah, I liked the pyramid head and that they kept the monsters AND the OST. But still, the 2 had potential from the game to make an horrific movie, you know, could have been better.
But I still think the worst are Paranormal Activity, REC and Resident Evil. YEP.

i'm not much a movie watcher but there were a lot. What I remember most is that there were those horrible kids movies from the 90s and early 2000s that I was forced to watch after lunch. If we couldn't go outside in elementary school they forced us into the auditorium and watch trash. Think of all the worst childrens films and imagine being forced to watch them. I can barely remember any of them because they were so forgettable. We had to watch the cat in the hat movie over and over and over again. Or shitty PSAs...

There's this movie ON NETFLIX right now that I at first clicked on out of curiosity... Visually, it was pretty.... but then I couldn't look away from out of sheer confusion and abject horror.
The story has no soul, no intrigue, and I swear I got 30 minutes into it and I still wasn't sure what the main character's name was....
The pacing is awful.
The voice acting was bleh. (Think: WinxClub level of post-translation awkwardness.)
This movie gave me no reason to care about ANY of the charaters. They're all just doing and saying things because those are the things that charaters say and do in a fantay story. They don't have any motivation, spirit, or reason to do anything...
Except for the exposition dump in the beginning, this movie didn't explain anything... Did the main character know the guy on the flying ship before they firt interracted? Am I supposed to believe that the stereotypical ' brooding guy in black and purple armour' is totally trusted and not at all evil? Why are the evil minion creatures so much more annoying than any minion/sidekick I've ever seen? (I at least giggled at 'the Minions' from Despicable Me before they became.... well the Minions.)

I honestly recommend you guys watch it. It's bizzare.

(So after looking up that trailer I now realize it's a movie based on a video game... So I guess the main character is the avatar? Idk... Still, it expected me to know all the lore going in... and I am no more intrigued to play the game it is based on...)

Watched this version of Alice in Wonderland only because of Johnny Depp.

Book was fine but this... Was lame and boring.

We had to watch this movie for school. It's some Sci-Fi thriller about a "virtual reality game" and it's the weirdest, grossest, most unsettling movie I've ever seen! We watched this movie in the Lecture room, and I still don't understand why!! >___<

Ugh, The Last Airbender was also a huuuuge disappointment for me, and it still makes me angry to this day.
Another movie that I didn't like was "Bedtime Stories" with Adam Sandler. I just remember being confused the whole time >.<

Just saw this movie. Loved the novel it's based on. Love Cusack. Love Samuel Jackson.

Strongly do not recommend. It's the worst Stephen King adaptation I've ever seen ... and that's saying a lot.
