I don't think genres exist to accurately describe what a comic contains. They exist to inform the reader "come read this when you're in the mood for This Thing."
As an example, my comic has some action scenes, but I would not label it as an action comic. The actions are few and far between. Furthermore, the most important conflicts are not solved through action. In one arc, a character killed some terrorists... action right there. But that wasn't what that arc was about. Instead of solving the conflict, the action was one of the stepping stones leading to the REAL conflict, which was the character's emotional issues stemming from a past relationship of theirs.
If you read my comic for action, you're not gonna be satisfied!
I picked Drama for my comic since drama, to me, is about relationships, and my comic is all about relationships.
