Oh I think about theme music all the time! For In Our Shadow it would have to be Humanity by Scorpions. But basically any Blind Guardian song would also work.
For University of Speed I choose the the Jessica song used as Top Gear's theme song back in 1999. Fitting sound for racing and I wanted to try to make an anime intro of my comic with it someday.^u^
I did a trailer for Scarlet Black in brazilian's portuguese version and I used a song of the band Zao, entitled: If these Scars Could speak
Actually, when I had a dream about this history, this song was playing in the dream ^^

Buuuut if I had to pick a theme song, I'd probably say Always Gold by Radical Face. It really captures the relationship between the main character and his brother.

I think this song speaks pretty well for the cast of my comic, POW! Right in the Nostalgia in that they enjoy focusing on things from their childhoods, but also deal with the fact they are grown up now...
I feel like Today has been a f_cked up day by Beck is rather fitting lol, I don't know if it's the theme song though... Maybe more like a character's theme song. Really, when the main characters think the situation can't get worse it always does! Rather than Beck's weird ass song I think One hundred years by the Cure should fit the atmosphere. The lyrics don't make much sense, although some parts are logical. My main character is generally confused about what's happening and his feelings and there's a feeling of horror to the song. Some sentences just fit perfectly with my comic. I used it for a speedpaint video as well.

I have plenty of character songs but its hard to find a song that can really represent the whole story. I have songs for different parts of the story as well ;-; the struggle is real.
In Jim's Days, there are three songs that kind of influenced the story and thus became the theme songs? Given that the first one came from back in 2008 and not from any form of meme (although, it would be funny if it was xD)
