Since my updates are so slow now cause of classes...I was thinking of making a Modern setting-Shakespeare crossover with yaoi pairings, so as reference:

To be fair, I've only ever seen A comedy of errors as a play, which I think is probably how they should be seen.

But as far as literature/story goes, I like Hamlet, Romeo & Juliet and Much ado about nothing.

Don't really have a favourite character though.

I think it's a tie between Romeo and Juliet and Hamlet.

I really don't find his characters very likable (I admire him more for his skill with words and dialogues than for his stories and characters). I'll do the opposite and tell you one I really don't like: Othello.

If you can see a character in another story, who would it be?
Any of them could be used well in other stories by a skilled writer.

I'm not sure I understand the question, my english has limits.

I always liked The Tempest and A Midsummer's Night's Dream. Especially The Tempest. Magic is where it's at!

I have no idea who my favourite character would be, I'm afraid... Probably the Governer of Harfleur in Henry V because I'm being him in a play and he has one line but if you see the film it's really dramatic and cool. He just appears as a silhouette out of the mist on top of some battlements - it's awesome! :DD

If I could see a character in another story it would be Othello in literally anything else so long as he didn't have to interact with Iago. He was so cool before Iago came along - it makes me so mad. >:

My favorite is probably Twelfth Night.
Malvolio is fantastic.
I would love to see Feste in other plays too.
Sebastian/Antonio for life.
...this all ended up twelfth night related whoops (my bias is strong).

My favorites are a) A Comedy of Errors B)Midsummer Night's Dream and C)Much Ado about nothing. The Scottish Play is fun, too.
My favorite character is Puck.
I don'r know who I'd like to see in another story...part of what makes the tragedies tragic and the comedies comedic are the specific characters in the situations catered to them specifically.
I think I ship all the canon relationships...? I never really thought about it that much.

Also, the "winter of our discontent" speech is just friggin' awesome.

No one really. I enjoy all of the current couples in Shakespeare's romances. I think my fave couple has to be Titania & Oberon just because I enjoy their banters, their carefree natures (as common with fairy folklore), and yet they still care for each other. d'awwww!
