Anxiety Issues that cause panic attacks, mostly my first attempts to sleep always bring out this disturbing waking dream (were I'm asleep but not fully into deep sleep) of darkness, enclosed spaces, (like begin buried alive) dreams that have bother me since I was a kid. I have to force my self to clam down then I can fall asleep mostly I go through this once a night but there been times I gone through this process ten times.

Quakes under 5° in Richter scale are nice, cause those don't wake me up and sometimes barely feel them, the ones bigger than that wake me up and that's annoying xD (yeah, for us a quake lower of 7° in Richter is considered a "quake of medium intensitiy", meanwhile in other country is apocalypse, our government is doing good with that huh sarcasm xD)

I always feel that I haven't achieved enough in a day and if i sleep it off I would've wasted the rest of that day. That's why I usually sleep very late, but I always ends up waking up the next morning tired, and the cycle goes on...
