Hello people!

I was looking at the thread list and wondered if there was any sort of topics that could pop up more often, and why. So here goes

Damn right! What kinds of topics tho? "Top ten mad theories on tired_programmer's photosynthesis process"?

Oh, yes, I like this suggestion. It sounds cool! :smirk_cat:
(I didn't even know I can do a photosynthesis :smiley_cat: )

I love reading those long-ass discussions about controversial topics. It's super interesting to see everyone's opinions and especially the explanations as to why they think the way they do or why they disagree with somebody else. The best thing is that it stays (rather) civil as well with some rare exceptions and even then people often get back to the point and continue discussing normally.
So yeah, give me more discussions

Hmmm i'd love to see an art trade thread pop up again!
Not necessarily a request thread, it feels better whenever both people put out effort and get rewarded for it.

I was thinking of starting a "Pass the comic" game thread if people are up for it. I've had a lot of fun running them on comics forums in the past.
(Also I should revive my review thread, it's been a rough few weeks for me.)

I really like art challenges and art games, threads on technique, that kind of thing.

Wait i remember!
I want to see one of those roleplaying threads again!
Sorry for the double spam :sweat_02:

I also remembered a topic, where each forum participant drew one comics panel, which continued the story from panels of previous people. So altogether, one by one, they (we) made absurd and funny comics.
It was fun.

I like reading all the discussions on serious topics even if I don't take part, because those are always an interesting read.

Or more memes.

I'm not an artist, but I do love the "draw this in your style" trend on social medias. It's fun to recreate someone else's characters with permission and I know it feels awesome to see others would put effort into drawing my character.

As a writer, maybe everyone can create a huge world together? Sharing ideas about different races, clothing, language, traditions/rituals, kingdoms, mythical creatures, magical places...so on.

I've been thinking of starting threads for interesting activities I wrote down. I have a few threads up already, but they're quite dead as I have no presence here (yet).

I guess more character/worldbuilding questions? I love talking about my characters, and seeing what other people have to say about theirs, haha.

@tired_programmer I've always known it was your thing. One more secret now uncovered.
On reply #2: something like an exquisite cadaver but with comic panels? I'm in :0

@yansusu Discussions on controversial topics... Art related or in general? Have you tried posting such a comic yourself?

@dualdragons I feel you, art trade threads are nice to create discussion, so it's not just a "dump your art here bro" kind of thread. We need more of these!
Also, how dare you reply twice :0 Sinner! No i'm kidding. Wasn't there a roleplay thread around? Where did it go? Died?

@darthmongoose Pass the comic? What is that? And oh hell yes, review threads. Love them

@lummy I was thinking writing / drawing prompts. Would that be nice, in your opinion?

@kann Oh interesting, a lurker. What are serious topics? Like, controversial topics or serious as in rants?

@vowebnovel1101 Ohhh, we could do that here! Someone posts a pic in the thread header, and everyone draws it in their style. :0 I wanna make that.
The world thing could be interesting too. Would you be up to start such a thing? And try it out?
Also dude, if you want to make a thread just go. I barely talk here and when I post I still get answers, so it's no big deal really  Could be a nice way to build a presence, actually.

@dawgofdawgness Oh dude. Yep. Definitely. X_X

@Rodimus13 Then you can go start something with @dualdragons

@akhdas As in? Controversial and full of hashtags?

@amysgames "How did you build your plot/OC" kind of stuff? Or something like "tell me 10 fun facts about your OC"?

Man so many cool ideas here. We need to do something with all these

Yes, bring that hatred, the vileness, the cancelness. All good website that have story arcs should have those 'feature'. I can't wait to get myself suspended because i DRAW SOMETHING AND MISS A PIXEL OFF.

Must be hard to be a masochist in a forum full of love and helpfulness lol :stuck_out_tongue:
