@irresponsiblepics Been reading a lot about Cynthia Rothrock and wanting to check out more of her movies(I haven't seen one since the 90s). Maybe after I move, I'll try to see if I can get out there and find some...

Haven't watched any movies in a bit...just finished watching the final season of Lost In Space on Netflix.

I recently watch speed.
And I don't know why but I was really emotional watching this movie? Like Crying because I found it beautiful how people were helping each other out in this movie to survive... Not sure why I was so emotional watching it!

It's an interesting & fun movie. Like the art directions with Filipino's touch . Surprisingly I enjoy it

This is one of the funniest comedies to ever exist and has influenced my and my family's humor (there's a bit of Kung Pow in my webcomic).

The fact that it was panned by critics and was thought to be just another dumb movie is stupid. The only thing I hate about it is the tounge, the CGI and the one-boobed lady, but everything else was perfect.

Also yeh I watched Eternals. It was a very strange movie. I agree, I liked the Celestial's design, but I think the director was just.... the absolute worst pick for a movie like this. Like I REALLY loved the concept, but out of all the Marvel movies, this was probably the most preachy and the most pretentious. I feel like Snyder's aesthetic is better off in something like The Boys than a Jack Kirby comic adaption. The fact that she took inspiration was already red flags. Especially Icarus and the Greek metaphors. The ending reminded me of that scene in Man of Steel where Superman is T-Posing like he's on the crucifix while flying in space. It's just so bad.

Btw what do you think about Black Widow?

Re-watched Sonic The Hedgehog last night; GOOD fun!

Home! 🛸 This is one of my best friend's favorite movies and it reminds me of her every single time I watch it. Sometimes when we talk she just jokingly starts with "Can I come into the out now?" (Quote from the alien in the movie.) :joy:

Ugh, they just had to dump the 'Shin Godzilla' storyline. I was so jazzed to see how the whole thing would develop!

Such a poser....LOL

Re-watched John Wick Chapter 2 last night.

Not really a movie but a short film. I love the aesthetics and vibes of this. It is so 70s and I am sort of disappointed by how short it is.

On probably my fifth watch, I love Hertzfeldt's animation and especially the second 'chapter' gets me every time.
You can still watch the first chapter ("everything is going to be okay") online but unfortunately it's gotten harder to find the full film online.

Just saw Everything Everywhere All at Once :sob: :revolving_hearts:

This film's something else. DAMN. There's a lot to unpack in terms of generational trauma and nihilistic views of the world, but I came away feeling all sorts of good emotions by the end of this. It's a character drama?? with a lot of martial arts and an original take on the multiverse concept. I really don't wanna spoil anything else about it, and tbh the more blindly you go into it, the better. If you must know more about it, the trailer's good at not giving too much away.

Easy 10/10 from me on this :two_hearts: I will never look at googly eyes the same way again hehe

The quick and the dead, I don´t know why I finished to watch it, 90s big budget trash with big names.
I like wild west movies and Sharon Stone, that´s the 2 reasons I started watching it. Not recommended

Went & seen Sonic 2 today; enjoyed it as much as the first one..!

Sitting down with the fam and [re] watching Spider-Man: No Way Home tonight...
