i listen to a lot of long episode narrative podcasts, which ive... taken a bit of a hiatus from and dont rly wanna come back to, even though theyre great

firstly, the adventure zone and friends at the table. both awesome real play podcasts (fatt is my preferred, though they both have their own strengths)

also, the bright sessions - found footage supernatural therapy

and the once and future nerd - genre aware fantasy radioplay. this is a fave

and for more 'talking about things' podcasts:

-Women of Illustration. They interview female artists and talk about stuff like art school, art business, mentorships.

-Don’t Keep Your Day Job. About artists, writers, business owners, designers, creators, etc.

I don't know if it really counts, but I like A Dose of Buckley and his premium content like Nerd Rants and Things Famous Dead People Said.
Unfortunately he went on hiatus and it might be permanent

I really love Escape Pod. They do weekly sci-fi short stories. They're part of a group of podcasts, with Podcastle (fantasy) and Pseudopod (horror) if sci-fi isn't your thing.
Their stories are consistently high quality, and range from hilarious to heartbreaking. Easily my favorite podcast.

I also like Mystery Show, but unfortunately there's only a few episodes and unlikely to be more. It's an extremely charismatic person putting obsessive amounts of effort into finding the answers to random questions and minor mysteries that people have asked her about, while somehow convincing everyone she meets to tell her their life story.

I really enjoy The Life Toyetic with Ben and Molly. It's about two friends watching and then breaking down toy-themed movies together. I think it's delightful. I've listened to each episode... twice so far!? It just started this year, I believe. And if you like podcasters suffering through the occasional terrible movie for the sake of their listeners, then it's totally for you maybe?! Also, I find it weirdly inspiring when writing/drawing for my comic.

For entertainment:
Critical Role (pnp campaigns made by Geek and Sundry)

The Steven Universe Podcast (interviews with the voiceactors and creators of the show, a lot of behind the scenes content and indepth analyses of the episodes)

Still Untitled - The Adam Savage Project (he is so motivating in his enthusiasm about making and getting people to make things!)

The Bright Sessions (superheroes go to therapy)

The Good News Podcast (pretty self explainatory. Made by Cards Against Humanity)

I'm a true crime podcast basic bitch so I listen to Sword & Scale, Last Podcast on the Left, Serial, Criminal, etc.

Been listening to Hinge lately! It's co-produced by two friends--one a pastor, one an atheist--and it talks about how they face doubts and how they claim identity in regards to Jesus and Christianity. Only listened to a couple of episodes but it's been pretty great so far! (I identify as an atheist who is very sympathetic towards a lot of religions, imo this podcast has yet to offend in any way and I don't think it would no matter which side of the fence you stand on!)

I usually watch/listen to them on Youtube while drawing (which is what I'm doing right now, just taking a lunch break). My favorite is the Non-Sequitur Show where they talk about a variety of topics, mostly science, history, or religious related. They frequently have debates and are fairly respectful of both sides.

The EUphoria Podcast is probably my favorite right now. The two EULCS casters Drakos and Deficio do a weekly podcast with mostly EULCS pro-players as guests, and make ridiculous bets at the end, and the losers are decided by if the guests win or lose the coming week (examples: hotdog suits, eating the spiciest food they can find, dressing up as ducks and rapping).
