What resources do you use for creating your comic/novel?

For my novel, I user Scrivener to plan it out and separate out the scenes/chapter and I use grammarly for the editing. For artwork, I use primarily Medibang Paint Pro and Design Doll

I use word mostly because I've added two editing programs onto it allowing me to streamline the editing process (Grammerly, and Pro Writing Aid to be specific).

For organization i use Campfire to organize my story, characters, and basically everything else.
And if anyone's curious I have two novels here on the site I'm actively working on.

Hi Fuzed. I'm doing okay. Krita has pretty neat features such as brushes that attempt to simulate traditional tools, a decent brush engine, a comic manager for comics, and an animation mode. There are still some nitpicks here and there, but overall it's a great program to use. Here's the website for more details (https://krita.org/en/).

My webcomic is made entirely from Krita and the results are pretty good.

I use a regular notebook for the thumbnails and the script. (Including story ideas and plot points)

Then I use clip studio paint pro to draw out my comics. I always use references from google for poses or other things.
I also use google maps for background references or I just go out and take some pictures.

I love the 3D models. The monster looks rather intimidating.

Do you have the regular version of Grammarly or the premium one? I'm curious to know if anyone has the premium one and how much new does it bring to the table when compared to the regular one.

The process looks captivating and I know that many people use CSP for their comics.

Don't even get me started on tabs. I've got like 20 open sometimes on my PC...

I see quite a lot of people using LibreOffice. Surprisingly, I've never heard of it prior to this thread. Does it have any major advantages that you feel MsOffice or Google Docs don't have?

I couldn't just keep a simple glossary. I need to write everything down otherwise I would definitely forget. My memory is atrocious.

I might take a look at some of these and send them to my artist. Flatton, Croppy, and Lazy Nezumi are new to me so I'll maybe take a look later tonight.

Scrivener is incredibly useful. Do you use all the functions and have the whole story planned there or to what extent do you use it?

CSP and PS are most likely the most common tools that comic artists use. Seems pretty useful. (I can't even draw a smiley face so I wouldn't know :D)

If you have a look at this thread, I think that some people mentioned some tools that are easy for creating 3D backgrounds. It's definitely worth a try. GL with that.

I've seen quite a lot of people using their own photos as references. How come I've never thought of that before? I don't really draw but I haven't really thought that artists would be using that.
