What should I do if the comic I'm gonna make contains a lot of gore?

I am starting a comic and have personally decided to put gore in it to reflect the dark themes of the settings and characters, but I don't know if it will fly on tapas. I know the guidelines allow a certain level of gore but I think my comic is gonna go way past that limit. Should I try and post the comic here on tapas or don't even risk it and try somewhere else. Webtoons is way more strict on gore so if I were to not post to Tapas or Webtoons, what should I do?

Inkr allows a lot of violence. A friend of mine is hosting his comic there because of the high levels of violence and mature imagery.

Tapas is way more strict when it comes to nudity and sexual themes than gore, so it really depends on the level of gore that you're going for cause I know a few horror artists including myself that get away without using the MA tag

Inkr has appearantly an application process and not just create and post. Someone said I can get away with a good amount of gore here so I think I'll stick to using tapas, thank you for the advice.

That sounds good since I don't plan to put sexual content in my comic, plus I forgot about the mature tagging so I will stick with tapas. Thank you for the advice.

For violence, it depends on how realistic it is. Keep it PG-13 to not have to censor it!
Anything beyond will probably require mosaicking or black bars.
