What size paper do you use in width and length.

I want to know what is the biggest paper I could use in Width and Length for Tapastic. What is the maximum size paper that tapastic will allow to be uploaded to the site.

If you mean drawing on paper and then uploading a scan to Tapas as a comic, you don't have to have a certain size. Just use a free program like GIMP to scale your scanned image to a width of 940pixels.

I think it's pixels.

I use 8"x10" paper, scan to 600dpi, then scale it down to fit Tapas.

Size of paper doesnt matter when posting your comic- as long as it fits Tapas' upload requirements(940 pixels wide x 4000 pix long- 2MB). So you could use whatever size paper you need.

Me preferably- when working traditionally, I use 11" x 17" bristol, coz I work with mainly quills/nibs and brush(some tech pen as well). Regardless of pencilling/inking traditionally or digitally I always color & letter my work digitally.

you're misunderstanding. you can use whatever size paper you want. just when you scan your page, you'll have to change the image size to 940 pixels in width.

If you're doing art traditionally, you have to scan your work to your computer. You can then adjust the size of the work to Tapas' requirements- so if you have a scanner that can scan 11" x 17" paper, then you're good. If not you'd probably have to use other methods(scan each half & merge both in an art type program) or go to a Fedex Office kiosk(or local print shop) and get them to scan your work to a flash drive.

It depends on the program you are using. Not all programs are the same.

you don't change the paper. you scan or take a photo of your drawing, and in your editing program you resize the image. firealpaca is free and has this setting under edit and change image size, you change the width to 940 and it automatically changes the height based on the original image's ratio.

I'm using A4 paper size at 600DPI in Clip for image creation (with the intention of eventually printing it on paper some day).
