Uhhhhh... Recently, it's been 10 AM on a good day? :sweat_smile: I still consider that an improvement, there were times where I couldn't crawl out of the bed by noon...

I will never be one of those people who willingly get up at 5 AM, sorry not sorry. Why get up at 5 AM when I can stay up until 5 AM? :eyes:

Unless I have an obligation to be somewhere at a certain time it depends. Can be at 5 am or at noon :sweat_smile:

I wake up between 7 and 8 regardless of how late I stay up, but it's so much more pleasant to wake up to the morning light than in a fog of "when am I? Is it still night??" as I do in winter when the sun is later to rise.

When I lived in the eastern hemisphere, I naturally woke up between 5:30-7:30. In the Western hemisphere, I'm lucky if I can wake up before noon.

I typically wake up between 8 and 9 every day of the week. I have trouble waking up much earlier and don't like sleeping much later than that if possible :sweat_smile: I typically go to bed at like 1am so that still allows for a nice 7-8 hours of sleep :100:

Man, some days, Saturday mornings, didn't a lot of us "wake up" and then just stay in bed and watch cartoons until noon - and THEN get up? :smiley:

Lately it's been between 7:30am - 9:00am. If it's super sunny (I get a nice view of the sunrise!) I tend to wake up earlier. If it's cloudy/gloomy, then I usually don't wake up right away.

It’s been 6:30am for me lately. Thanks to work, my body forgot how to sleep in on the weekends. I was up by 5:30am on Saturday.

The teenage me who’d wake up and noon or the afternoon on a weekend would be absolutely aghast.

On weekdays, I usually wake up at 6:00 a.m naturally, like I don't use an alarm. Sometimes I even wake up at 5:00 a.m. However, when I wake up at that time, I always go back to sleep and forget about my schedule, resulting into me waking up at a later time, at around 7:00 a.m...

On weekends, I wake up later, maybe at around 8:00 a.m or so. There was this one time when I even woke up at noon...

Right now, it's usually 7 to 7:30 AM on weekdays, since my class starts at 7:30 (yes I wake up straight to class). Around 9 to 11 AM for weekends. I love sleeping in, I can't do anything in the morning.

I'm an insomniac so I have to do my best to go to bed and wake up the same time every day, even on weekends. If I just let my body go I will wake up at 1 or 2 PM, which is a scary thing I found out in college haha. So, I do 7:30-8:00 AM but I want to try and put it earlier, just to get more work done.

6 Am because work and chores. My natural clock will either wake me at 6 hours after sleeping mostly.
