A lot of the topics, especially those you listed, come down to how they're handled. Each one has different rules, of a sort. How is it portrayed?
I came up against this when writing my own comic, that handles everything from depression and anxiety, to sexual abuse, drug abuse, suicide attempts, murder, blackmail....etc. And with each one I asked myself two important questions: 1) is it necessary to the story? and 2) What are the consequences?
And by that last one, I don't mean to having them in the story. I mean to the character. One of the biggest pitfalls of including something "sensitive" is dismissing it after it happens. One of my characters attempted to kill himself when he was just 16, and that is something he has carried with him for a decade in ways he doesn't realize. And when he loses the thing that made him change his mind, he falls apart. Another character is physically assaulted by his boss, and vanishes for a long time because he can't deal with anything in the aftermath.
It's less about the topic in general and more in how you portray it. With the exceptions of some super weird kinks people have mentioned that really would have no reason to come up in most stories.
Basically: I agree with what most everyone has said here. Include any topics you want. It's your world to play with, and in the end it's all just fiction.
