What would you pack if you had only 14 mins before being sent to an unknown game world?

My protagonist, Ava, gets notified at 3 am she is going to be sent to a game world with no explanation, no right to refuse and she is allowed to bring anything as long there is no electronics or weapons.
If you were in her place what would you bring and is there a way to kind of play on the rule of no weapons or electronics?

Maybe food, Bible, and a pocket knife (blade only 2 inches. Does that count as a weapon?)

I think it would count, since it’s obvious a player could use it to hurt someone. But then again, taking a pencil is allowed, and you can hurt someone with that too. So maybe “weapons” would be considered anything sharp, or guns.

What is your intended use for the rope? I’m asking because Ava did bring shoelaces and used them in what is considered a crime in the real world with no context but she got punished for intervening not for the game system considering the act as bad.

Cordage can be used for many things, like creating shelter, tourniquets, tying doors shut, getting down from places, making back packs, the possibilities are endless. In a survival situation, if you don't have cordage or a way to make it, you're screwed.

if its 14 mins then a few clothes, undies, a book and pen so i can just pretend im writing something if i feel too awkward

Clothes, food, painkillers, poker game, dices, books, watercolor, paper

Everything else that I want to take can be used as a gun. Pencils, pens,
upright bass, guitar.

I'd bring my sketchbook and my travel art kit (5 mins), two books full of survival skills that I have on hand, my pocket multi-tool, and some snacks that would keep. All that stuff is on-hand. I'd pack a change of clothes, too (socks, underwear at least), my decent outdoor activities clothes. All that shouldn't take more than 10 minutes.

If I get to know which game world it is, I'd try and print out a wiki guide of locations and NPCs...but that's only if I have time.

Granted, I have some more skills than Ava probably does. And I don't have decent medical supplies handy like she does, either.

First aid kit, my medications, some notebooks / sketchbooks, a bookbag (obvi), a compass, lighter, water filter thingy, and my pink doggy (stuffed animal).

I would also call my parents and sisters and tell them that I love them.

My first thought was weapons, but then I read the post xD
I'd pick up my hiking backpack which is usually ready to use, put on good shoes and a coat, then dash to the cellar to get the freeze-dried emergency rations (I use those for longer hikes, they're super light and save space) as well as my best bottles of wine. I haven't looked at your novel but it says horror so I'll probably die in the game at least I'll drink the stuff I've been aging before that happens and be numbed for when the monsters catch me
