To be honest, I don't fully understand it either.
Is it that creators who have enabled the support function don't need to do anything else right now?
Just need to boost promotion during the event period and use specific hashtags?

Well yes and no. Yes creators with support open don’t need to have it unlocked during the event.

For your second question, mostly I believe it’s about making up fun activities people can participate in for an amount of ink or simply just to attract more readers who may donate some ink in light of the event.

For example, if a certain amount of ink is collectively donated to you by your fans, then you may do a Q and A, or you can give away merch to those who donate the most or simply just donate a certain amount of ink. The list goes on on how many activities you can plan, just choose what’s best for you @wolflu66 hope this helps a bit

So, these events are not mandatory but are instead organized voluntarily by individual creators?

Additionally, regarding the use of #Inksgiving & #Inksgiving2025, does this apply to all official Tapas platforms, including Discord, X, and Instagram? Is there a chance for official reposts when using these hashtags?

Yes they are not mandatory and are organized voluntarily by the creators individually.

As for the tags, I’m not sure, but I think it does apply to all tapas platforms. To verify this I think it’s best to speak with tapas support or one of the moderators.

With the question about having original reposts because of these tags, yes according to the participation instructions this is what gives you a chance to have official reposts by Tapas of your initial posts.
