Welcome to Tapas! There's definitely some things you can do to get more eyes on your work. One of the basics is to have a good cover. Visuals are big on the site, with it catering more to webcomics, so having an eye-grabbing cover is a plus. A picture of your characters(s) would be best, with faces appealing more to readers.
Have a good blurb/summary. Once you have people's attention you need to make them want to check out your first chapter so a solid blurb is the way to go. Focus on the characters and stakes and make people want to know more. After that, just make sure your first chapter is solid and has something to hook readers.
A steady schedule for updates and good marketing are also important. Having a schedule for updating gives readers something to look forward to so it's good that you're working on a little stash of chapters. As for marketing, use whatever social media you have to spread the work, but also check out other people's work. Interacting with other content/creators and just putting yourself out there goes a long way.
Best of luck to you and hope you enjoy your time here!
