I think you're good as long as you've got the maturity warning.
Bruh my novel has my character swears like a sailor and I don't even put a mature filter on it. all the word, b**ch, f*ck, hoes. Every word you can think of not slurs.
Its just that in my description and content waring in my first episode warns of this language. Im up to 69 episodes. you cool

Legally speaking, to make a Tapas account, a person needs to be old enough to have their own email address, which in most counties means they should be at least 13 years old (anyone younger isn't meant to have an email, it violates COPPA). So I always assume that comics without a mature tag can be comfortably "around PG13" in content. I tend to use The Simpsons or Buffy the Vampire Slayer as a guide. You'll hear things like "crap" "ass" and "bloody" on the Simpsons, but you won't hear "sh**" "fu**" and similar more extreme cuss words.

Lol you’ll be fine. I drop f bombs and all kinds of colorful language in my novel on a regular basis and have never had a problem. If you’re that worried about it, just slap a mature tag on it and call it a day. I promise you’ll be fine.
the rule is if you feel the amount of cussing is excess, just put a mature tag on it. Tapas is pretty chill with it.
The limit depends of two variables:
1-age rating of the story (and rules of the site/place where you publish)
2-how in-character it is for the character to say that
The former makes sure the content is appropiate, the latter doesn't break immersion
Whether you have to use a mature tag for swearing as far as Tapas is concerned is you don't. The mature tag for swearing is really only there for your readers.So if you feel the swearing is more excessive than what is normal for your comic, or there is the use of derogatory terms and slurs in the dialogue of the particular page, then use the mature tag.
I tend to follow the MPAA scale of content.
So saying shit is okay, I can get away with a usage of fuck or two if I'm going for PG-13 level of content.
