What's the strangest thing you've ever had to Google for reference?

11 year old girl average height gain per day.

This one was... okay so the book is actually now out as of like yesterday and I can talk about it, but when I was at my day job helping make this kids media series, checking over the extras in the back of the book, there's this section where it lists Asha's vital statistics from the day the adventure she's been on took place; how much water she drank, how far she walked, how much screen time and interaction etc. One of the stats was "height gain" and whoever did the first draft of that activity had put it to 0.00005mm or something, probably as just a placeholder they wanted to change later. I was like.... that CAN'T be right, that number is WAY too small, so then I had to painstakingly try to work out how fast an 11 year old girl actually grows: turns out, through research and maths, it's about 0.15mm per day. I put that in, and then for some reason, the old draft kept getting used, so I kept having to put in the new number and being like "who keeps revising this number back to the old one! STOP IT!" in increasingly agitated comments on the documents.

So if you read that book, and see the stat as 0.15mm, please press F to pay respects because it killed me.

Was one I looked up a few years back, because I wanted a more refined way for this character to use this title in describing his brother.

At the time google gave me the options of "A Becky" and "Ratchet ass hoe" which was less refined than I was looking to find <.<, so I just ended up cutting the line.

-Looking up what you call people who can read but not write, answer dysgraphia
-I often google and google translate made up words and name to make sure they are not offensive.
