I'm Filipino and Ive had palitaw before!! Never tried making them, but I'd be interested in trying
You should try someday They're very easy to make (just need gluttunous rice flour + water for the mix and cooking it is through boiling )
I'm not really a foodie but I guess I would say white rice. Sometimes I will add veggies or an egg. But sometimes I will just eat it plain.
