I've always loved peanut butter cookies. When I make homemade cookies, I always make peanut butter chocolate chip soft cookies. They're really good with coffee.

My mom makes these butterscotch raisin cookies that are to die for. It sounds like a bad combination but they are so freaking good! (And I hate raisins!)
