It definitely changes from time to time, but I think I have answer with Majora's Mask. My reasoning being that I deliberately choose not to play it often bc once I start playing, I want to 100% it. My time spent gaming becomes dedicated to playing it all the way through without playing anything else in between. I quite enjoy the idea of maximizing what you can do in the little amount of time given to you.
If you're fast enough, you can do both Woodfall Temple and Snowhead Temple in one 3-day cycle. That's a third of the game in one loop... but you can also attempt to do it fast enough to have the time to open up the Goron race and earn the permission to use a Powder Keg. That permission then allows you to buy one, use it on Day 1 to get early entrance to the ranch, practice archery with Romani, and earn Epona's song and Epona herself which also allows you to gain access to the Great Bay.
And that's what's fun about playing it for me! There's always that little bit you can try to do if you have enough time left lol I could gush about literally everything else, even the depressing atmosphere in the literal face of impending doom, but the gameplay is what catches my heart the most
