Anyway, Regina and Eugene aren’t technically new characters, but I changed their story and designs enough that I think they qualify. Like Regina used to be a human who was a famous actor and now she’s an evil nightmare queen darkness thing??? Eugene is still basically the same, but now he’s got a magical transformation and he doesn’t get his dream job and I’ve forced him to fight evil.

A character who will only be known by Cousin. He's deeply weird but unwilling to be too active in his weirdness. Like an enigma seen along the side of a highway. You don't know if you should approach or not.

I based him on Hideo Kojima and his BlueSky feed where he just posts pictures of himself doing random shit without comment. That's the vibe I want.
