Patreon will shut you down fast as lightning.
You'll need to make it an adult-content feature on there, meaning the public can't see it, only paid members.
That's what we did to post ours.

yeah, I would say Pixiv. It's like DeviantArt but for a massive Asian community. You can post your pages here and anyone with a connection can download and enjoy.

Hi, just want to add something, since pixiv is a japanese site you will have to censor the genitals, just like a hentai manga where you see black lines over their genitals. You can't post uncensored images, doing so will get your account banned, it is necessary to abide to japanese censoring rules when using the site. To be safe read their guidelines before posting if you're unsure.

My best bet on posting totally uncensored content would be twitter, just as long a you mark your media content as sensitive.

How do Patreon or Kofi let you display comic pages? Is it like Deviant art where they are individual images that someone has to click on, or is it more like Tapas where it's a continuous scroll, or something else?

Gore is not a problem on pixiv, you can mark your work as R-18 and also mark it as containing gore. But regarding sex you will have to censor the genitals like hentai artist do. So technically your work won't be completely uncensored.

I assumed pixiv was best since Charlotte wants to post her work as manga. Didn't know pixiv did that. I'll have to look up how to pixelate images using GIMP or Clip Studio. Thanks for this info.

EDIT: Nah, after further thought, palm leaves are better. Pixelation just makes it all look ...weird.

To pixelize naughty bits in GIMP at least, it's really easy.
Simply marquee select (or lasso select) parts you want to cover, then choose from the top menu FILTER, and then BLUR, and then choose "PIXELIZE..." It's really simple. Just make sure you have the preview checked and you can use all kinds of other controls to adjust the rate, size, intensity, etc.

For Clip Studio Paint, it's basically the same instructions. Choose your selection, click on "FILTER" up top, choose "EFFECT" and then "MOSAIC..."

Ko-fi doesn't allow sexual adult content, so I guess the best choices would be Patreon or a self-hosted website. You can also try Pixiv as others suggested.
