Which Cover Do You Like the Most?

Although I love my current cover for Legacy Of A Fighter, I don't think it's serving it's purpose as a cover well enough. So it's time for a new one!

Here is the new cover's sketch. Which colors do you prefer? Feel free to choose up to 2 options. :^)

I chose the last cover because the colors you use in your comic are very similar to this one. And honestly, at least that's how I feel, I think it looks much better. ^^

Something about the orange and purple on C just stands out and it works for me

C but I feel like the font clashes a bit with things. But color scheme wise, definitely C

I picked D i think it's more striking, but C's orange and light purple combi really nice too.

I picked F because like Emalie said, it reflects a similar color scheme as your comic. But that's only cause I've read it before now.

Maybe D as second choice, cause something about yellow tells me cowardice/fear, and the red scribbles tell me madness.

D is the best followed by B

The overlapping lettering just works in black and white imo and the effect is lost
when you use a different background color like in example A and C.
A and C are not bad though, the colors would work

E has the worst color combination of the 6 options, F is impossible to read

Thank you so much for the feedback and voting, everyone! I've tallied the results across all the places I posted, and here's how things are going:

B is the easiest to visually parse but the titles are bad. Use D's titles.

F is the wrong answer.

color on F fits your series best but the font not as clear (although it looks cool) yellow font like D is better, can use the clean font and put a red shadow below. The scribbles in purple (f) is great bec it doesent conflict with the yellow Title either.
Chiv on D pops out more than Chiv on F (not necessary to fix because it lets the viewer focus on Esmeralda and makes Chiv feel like an underdog/emerging sort of protagonist which kinda cool) otherwise you can maybe slightly lighten the purple on Chiv's clothes so it's just slightly darker than her shoes, and not too bright to clash with Esmeralda.

Thank you for the detailed response, I appreciate it! :^) And I really like your interpretations, too. They're very thoughtful! The font looks so crazy on F because they're all flat PNG images and I was experimenting with the colors, so I promise the end result won't look like that. 🤣

F from the beginning has been my favorite, so I'm very pleased to see that it's has the most votes all around. But people who like C seem to be VERY adamant about it, and I can see why since it has really great color contrast that ALSO keeps all the shapes strong and easy to see. It's been incredibly helpful to see which kinds of covers people favor, so I can make these kinds of observations.

I think I'm going to make some variations of F, like adjusting colors and moving them to different spots, and then probably come back for a second round of voting.
