Which Cover is Better?

Haha, I prefer the old version, because for me the new one is too... airy. It would work with one character too, but I think she is too down. Something is missing for me, but I can't tell at all, what is it.

The bottom cover, having a single shot of the main character works great for a series cover.

I truly love epic group shots like the first one, but more as a poster than a cover. I used one as a stand-in cover for a while, but also eventually made a new one with only a couple characters. So I vote the newer one as well.

I like the new version. Group shots are cool, but they're pretty common cover material. The second cover is a little less crowded and a little more mysterious.

I like the old one for group shot and the wider color palette, but the new one for the fact that the art seems to be better overall.. maybe you can compromise between both? You can have the tower and the MC (I'm assuming that's the MC), and add the rest of the group as silhouettes or something behind her.

I like the composition of the second cover a lot, but it is so much darker than the first. By darker, I mean the actual hues and shades, not the tone. Also the font in the first cover has the second cover's font beaten clearly. I think that the first cover is just more engaging for multiple reasons.

One thing that could make the second one a Killer cover art. In the Up area should be some element, cause it's empty, Could have the Tittle there and where's the tittle have a sub tittle instead or the name of the autor that's you.

The character in the second one looks small and the tower behind her takes most of the attention. Yea putting the title and make it a bit bigger would take away some of the attention on the tower. But, at least in my opinion, having only one character in the bottom doesn't look interesting. That's why I like the first one. The different characters doing different poses gives a more dynamic feel.
