Which day is your preferred posting day?

Tuesday. I dont know why, but I decided to settle on that day. For me too many people are jumping around on Fridays(it's the weekend) to read; Saturdays is the same.Everyone posts on Monday, so I felt Tuesday was relatively good for posting...

Midweek, It's not a day, but I post three comics so that when I post.

I found Mondays and Fridays as a good schedule. (I'm currently off it due to health reasons)

I used to upload several times a week, and through that I found that the majority of my responses came from Mondays and Fridays. I think it's because the beginning of the work week more people are into starting their day with something more bright, like comics. Then with Friday, it's the end of the week, so people are done with work and want to catch up with their stories. Saturday is more like a day used for relaxation, so I don't find that much feedback then.

My current schedule over the next week is Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri and one of the weekend days. But it's Mon/Fri or my main comic.

I found Monday to be a good business day in general. (including Tuesday and Wednesday too...) A lot of my customer at the company reach their peak traffic/selling items on these days, and I found that most people also recommend Monday and it seemed to be sorta true- LMFAO

I have a very weak hand, so I post every other Sunday at 7AM PST, not too early that no one's awake on the net, but not too late either kinda of deal.

I don't know why Sunday... just the day that's most convenient for me and mentally it gives me more time to finish I think?

We currently release three days a week, monday, wednesday and friday to go through our backlog reasonably quickly. In my experience, the wednesday upload is the one that generates more traffic.

I'm a Tuesday kinda person (mainly because I usually draw my new pages on mondays )

I update every Monday, because that's what my website has done for years, and I wanna keep consistent with the site. But when I was updating here daily to catch up with my website, I found Wednesdays to be the days that got the most response.

I post Mondays and Fridays, and looking at the stats, I'd say Mondays are the most successful day - Mondays and Tuesdays are usually the days with highest view-stats for me. Friday's okay too, but views drop off a lot quicker, so I don't see the same tail on Saturdays as I do on Tuesdays.

Demon House on Wednesdays, but I believe a lot of comics publish that day, so if you're just starting out, I recommend another day if you don't want to get drowned out.

Heavy Horns on Sundays, better than Saturdays traffic-wise I think; if you have to post on a weekend, pick Sunday.

At Ease on Mondays, my smallest series, no stress, no expectations Mondays.

I like doing Sunday nights- It gives me a chance to spend the afternoon working, and then I can celebrate by going to the pub on an off evening after I get the pages up. Plus, since my comic has a vague religious theme, I thought Sunday was just an appropriate day to load it- kind of like an evening service, or something you can read when you finally wake up from that Saturday evening induced hangover.

@aronthemason Oh wow, I wish I could upload everyday, but my comic is set to 50 pages more or less. I feel that would be fast if I posted every even if its a single page. Also it takes away the anticipation. ALthough the between monday and friday is a surprise I must say. I thought weekends is when people start reading them, thats just me?

@niinasalmelin Thats true, I already have about 33-34 pages all done and ready to upload. I have a 50 page linerted, I just need to color the remaining. Stocking pages is vital xD

@Shanny8 have you tried any other day? Like when other people post, you might benefit from the sudden views?

@joannekwan Im a big fan of your Demon House, one of the first comics I followed here on tapastic. Also, Im surpised monday is bad for you, since almost all recommends it. But wed is a favorite here.

@alaingrey I love how your comic relates to the day itself, and lol reading is the best cure for hangover.

I post every Tuesday (highest traffic day for me) and Thursday (less traffic) every week. Twice a week until the series catches up with where its at on SmackJeeves. When I'm actively working on the series, usually I upload on Thursdays, once a week. But reality often kicks in and I just upload as close to every 7 days as possible, so sometimes the day of the week shifts. I try to be consistent tho. ^_^;
