Which fictional town name sounds better?

I'm trying to decide on a town name for my comic. I've got it down to Ezlon or Ampton. My comic is kind of a gritty sci-fairy tale set in the near future with an "electrical" theme..

Going to start it pretty soon, I've posted images of two of the characters if that helps..

Personally I think Ezlon sounds the most...'electrical'.

Why not both? Make Ezlon a town and Ampton an district in the town, or vice-versa. That's what I usually do if I can't decide.

That's good. I tried that but then I couldn't decide on the town of Ampton in Ezlon County or the town of Ezlon in Ampton County.. : ) Definitely want to use them both though, good call. I am starting to like the idea of all the towns being in the land of Ezlon County.. Thank you.

Ezlon to me sounds like it would be some kind of capital in a fantasy country so I think Ampton would be more suited for a town name personally.

If you use both, I'd vote Ampton for the town, Ezlon for the county.

I like the wordplay you used with Ampton (AMP - ton). I would definetly use that one. Ezlon reminds me more of an elvish settlement.

I'd definitely say "Ampton".
For one thing, it has Amp in the name. Secondly, it really sounds like a place name. That is to say, a modern place name. Ezlon sounds more like a fantasy-world location, but Ampton sounds like a place you might actually see.

I think "Ampton" sounds more like a real town, but "Ezlon" kinda sounds like someone's last name. So if you want to use both somewhere down the line, that's how'd I do it.
