Scruffy Dude
Hufflepuff. He's easily smart and curious enough for Ravenclaw, but everything else about him absolutely screams Hufflepuff.
The Merry Maiden
She's really hard to pick; she has the leadership qualities and resourcefulness of a Slitherin, plus she's clever, she's kind, and she's brave. Though she'd probably be placed in Griffindor. She loves exploration, and being on the frontier, and that adventurous heart would be the deciding factor.
Boxer
Ravenclaw! Everybody would assume he'd go to Hufflepuff, but the hat would be on the fence between Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw, and he'd ask for Ravenclaw just to be funny. (He probably wouldn't hang out with the other Ravenclaws much, though.) He's a huge example of 'smarter than he appears'.
Glitch
Griffindor. And she'd probably wag most of her classes and spend her time pranking everything and everyone in the castle.
Blues Scale
Also a very hard one to pick. Probably Slitherin, and not just because he's a Naga. All he wanted to do was become a jazz musician, and he never would have joined the rebellion had life gone his way. He's also very resourceful and, despite not being a bad dude, has been involved with some questionable people in order to keep himself and his sister safe. He's a decent guy, and will ultimately do the right thing when pushed, but I don't think that's at odds with being a Slitherin. (The books did a terrible job making them all out to be selfish bastards - I prefer the more nuanced, fandom takes on what the house would really be like.)
