Hmmm I love the simplistic yet expressive style of Denma by Yang Youngsoon! His stroytelling on top of that creates a drama/action that's very eye-grabbing. It's a masterpiece that not many people don't know (kinda similiar to people not reading One Piece because of it's art style being a bit simplistic... though i wouldn't use simplistic, but u know what i mean).

And.. this is not a webtoon, but Asano Inio's newest series, Dead Dead Demon's Dededede Destruction, Is my all time favorite manga. Its art style is very similiar to Oyasumi Punpun, his other work, but much improved. His detailed background coupled with simple drawings of characters brings surreal feeling unique to his work.

Ghostblade is on top of my list, forever will be. And there's Blade Under Mask, Scurry, Oren's Forge. But they're already popular so here's a few that you might not know about.
I love Ascent's simplicity and how interesting it is. It's all about a diver walking on the vast ocean floor searching for the surface. Has really cute art stle.
Memoires is a comic journal of a girl. The art and storytelling is soooo good and you can really feel her emotions.
Pickled Punks if you like dark comics. Similar to Tim Burton's art style. Gothic setting and creepy characters.
Vampire High School is wickedly fun to read(at least for me it is). I really love how the creator thought it up.

from their own web pages here we have some heavy hitters that I'm sure most have seen or heard of XD if not well here you go:

first hitter we have beautiful surreal art from Gunnerkrigg Court (Tom Sidell)
even his start wasn't soo bad and when he goes into crazy acid paneling it's a beautiful spectacle that you will come out asking "WTF did I just see? How the hell did he make it?"

from the bunny land of candy and sweets we have Cucumber Quest(gigi d.g)
some beatiful childlike fantasy drawings with a dark mix, the art is so soft and plushy that I could bealive all the characters are made from the softes cotton candy

and the final is a dark horse of the ink school of Beautiful Technique and vision we have Mokepon & it's equally as beautiful sister Rumplestiltskin (HolyHandGrenade)
the inking from these series will make you break your pens from jelousy the beauty and charm that also gives you a chill that tells you "something is just not quite right" makes this art and unseteling spectacle that fits right at home with the dark storys they portray
