Who would play your character?

Imagine this; your book is about to be turned into a movie.

Which actor/actress do you think is the most ideal person to play your character?

Here's a few points to remember when selecting the actor:
* If your MC is not a human character, then perhaps you could suggest the actor/actress who is best suited to provide a voiceover.
* Post a link of the actor/actress so that everyone can see (I'm not sure about the rules regarding uploading images, so let's not break the rules and stay on the safe side).
* It doesn't necessarily have to be a Hollywood actor. The person could be Japanese, Norwegian, British, Korean, Indian or from anywhere else. They just have to be listed as an actor in a movie.
* If you can't find the right person, then think of the 'younger version' of an actor. For example, let's say your character should be played by Clint Eastwood, you could post a link of a younger version of Mr. Eastwood or just let everyone know that a younger version of said actor could play the role.

Also, drop in a link to your book so that we can check out why you think Ryan Reynolds or Naomi Watts should play your character

For my book, I would say that a younger version of Jesse Williams would be perfect.

If this ever hypothetically happens, which is very much unlikely. I honestly wouldn't be able to think of many, besides Katie McGrath as Delyana and Eva Green as older Albena

What I really would love is that actors of the same backgrounds as the ones the characters are based on would be cast, so they could speak in their respective languages and it is not awkward.

Likewise. I sometimes scroll through DeviantArt and marvel at the character designs. Until I can find commercially-free images or an inexpensive alternative (unlike Shutterstock), I'll stick to Artbreeder for now.

I haven't thought about it for most of the characters but for Agony I kind of feel like Nazli Sarpkaya would be a good fit. Her vocal performance on the audio drama podcast Mission Rejected really makes me feel like she could nail the character. If it's just audio she's perfect.

If it's visual there is the issue that she is very beautiful, so something would have to be done about that. I don't know if we could make this woman look like she survived an apocalypse and then subsequently lived in one for a few years, but like maybe some kinda movie magic would be able to handle the feat.

For my book 'Broken Hearts', I would pick Andy Biersack to play Ante. But his younger self when he still had long hair

For my 2nd main character, Nazar, I would pick Bradley James maybe. Even if, in my novel, the character has less muscles:joy:

The dragons will be played by my friend's bearded dragons and the cats will come when they are called.

And since this is totally fictional and also with immediate effect, I would go for

to do the voice-over even though there are probably a few other actors that could also provide a voice to the character.
