My most powerful character is the Heavenly Matriarch:

She's the God of all Gods, the All-Mother of the Pantheon. She can create, shape, bend and reverse anything that exists. For she is Existence Itself. She created the Universe my webcomic takes place in. So she's very powerful.
But more importantly, she is a gigantic silly prankster who rather plays silly playful pranks on her subjects. It's also in mind with how she portrays herself - instead of letting herself be seen as this big celestial goddess, she prefers to just be seen as a cute little grandmother.
I love OP characters who are benevolent tricksters who ultimately care to do good, but don't shy away or discourage mischief either.
