@ScampiCub high fives to being on last pages, I'm on my last one too! smiley

I've been picking away at this all morning for Two Kings1 I should get it finished today, or atleast Im determined not to stop until it is. When I can see the finish line I never want to put my pen down.

@doublethickcustard I'm that same way. Been irritated all day with a sore throat, but chopping away at colors on my page. When I felt I was nearing the finish, I continued to ignore my (real job)work until I was finished; then I handled my day gig tasks. Now that I'm done with this page, I'm gonna take it easy this evening so that I wont get any sicker than I already feel.

Well someone else is as bad as me atleast, I really hope your throat starts to feel better. Ive been known to crawl into bed with my tablet and keep going. Take it easy on your health, you clearly deserve a good long rest! Atleast you can rest and feel really good about getting so much done despite feeling horrid about the sore throat, your page looks awesome so it was well worth it.

Seeing lots of good stuff here! So interesting to see how each person works ^ ^

In terms of my comic, I'm finally (fi-I'vebeenwaitingforthismomentforever-nally) moving onto some of the more exciting plot. Here is the WIP:

Working on a Ray Thunder page- inks so far...

Working on Whetstone art today and thought I would share how I do gradients with Copic markers:

  1. I start with basic blocks of color

  2. Then I go over it again but I off set the colors so they blend a little

  3. I repeat off setting the layers of color until it looks soft. Usually 3 to 4 passes is enough.

  4. Finally I use the Colorless Blender marker to clean up edges

Thanks! I'm trying to keep my enthusiasm contained coz I'm almost finished with this chapter; trying to stay focused and not rush through the art. Been working on this chapter since mid-March.

Last week I posted the inks to a panel of a page I had been working on(actually 4 pages). This week, I'm posting the same panel, as I color on it...
