Or do you mean something more classy like Ghibli?

It could would reusing the first doctor all seven of them and the war doctors. Or just start fresh with the classic era style anime drawn, and that iconic campy music in the backgorund.

I just have to say this even it's off subject. I always wanted a Doctor Who crossover Pokemon episode Matt Smith and Karen Gillan would materialize in a Pokemon world real life where they meet Professor Oak who gives them a choice of Pokemon. I could see this where the 11th Doctor finds out something wierd about a Pokemon card then they take the TARDIS there. The TARDIS would materialize into the Pokemon card. Bill Nye would be the card holder, Steven Moffat would write this episode to bad they never thought of the idea. Matt Smith would nail this.
