Would this pose be a problem?

Greetings, haven't written here in ages, but I'll make it quick.
As the title mention, I have a pose, that appears just in the Prelude (A recent Update) which fit more than the old version, as it make it look more majestic.

It was an old artwork I had since 2019, back in the old draft, and I just recently recollected that It was made as a Tribute/Reference to Kingdom Hearts.

Here comes the conflict, Would it be a problem to keep this change, or am I "Safe" to proceed? I know for sure some will likely go and call it "Rip-off", but that is the last of the problems.

Poses are a dime a dozen. I sit like that sometimes, does that make me a rip-off? No one owns poses and I've seen a million anime characters sit in that exact pose or similar. You're fine.

It doesn't really look traced or anything. You could mention in the comment section that the pose was inspired by the image from Kingdom Hearts. I have seen people put memes and other topical references into their series.

Well that's not a unique pose in any way, but if I had an artwork from 2019, I'd probably redraw it because your art skill must be better now? Otherwise it's fine.

It isn't exactly my art, I'm the writer, and that was made by the artist I work with.
I can't exactly ask for a remake because She's currently busy with other clients and finishing the current chapter, and we are going to stop our collaboration once Book 1 is finished, but at least that Artwork was more recent than the assets used in the old version.

An additional question is:
Since I will one day pubblish the paperback version of Book 1 (the one featuring this artwork), would that as well be a problem? Or am I still fine?!
Excuse my overly cautious approach but I mostly want to be sure of everything and that things go smoothly

You are absolutely fine. It's not a unique pose by any means. It's no different to a pose of someone leaning against the wall or just standing. Literally, google "anime character in throne" and see how many character are in this exact pose or similar, many official art for merch sales or even figures. It's sorta like asking if the name is ok to use because a big game also used that name, that's how not unique this is.

Reasonable concern--but you didn't trace and you didn't make it in the same exact way, which means you're using reference correctly. This is a great way to use pose ref. Just observing and drawing it in your own way. Like everyone else is saying--no single pose is particularly unique to a single character, or human for that matter.
Tributes are great! It's a nod to the things you like and have had an influence on you. This is art. And I think it's a cool way to connect with others subliminally.

Love it.

PS: even Jojo's Bizarre Adventure poses aren't unique--the artist Araki uses TONS of refs from fashion magazines as a big nod to his number one inspiration. Just google that and you'll see side-by-side comparisons of high fashion photography with Jojo characters! Really fun.
