SCROLL DOWN FOR THE COLLABORATION REQUEST AND INFORMATION
Hello fellow writers, (and non fellow artist. You guys get love too) my name is G, and I suppose you could say I'm new around here. Before I get into what I want to ask, I would like to give a history of myself and Taptastic. I originally discovered Taptastic in the ninth grade, so about a year and a half ago, at the time I quite enjoyed comics and manga (nowhere near to the extent that I would later on in my freshman year, but I enjoyed them) so discovering an app filled with free comics was like a dream come true for me. All these comics that I could read, and all for free, it was great! For a short while at least, but after a while, I began to slowly lose interest in what the app had to offer, it seemed that there wasn't really much for sale in the yard, so I sort just quit. I see now that the app has evolved to be much more than it was that year and a half ago, and now there is much more to offer. Sometime in between my goodbye to Taptastic and now, I discovered an app called Line WEBTOON, and it seemed to be everything I wanted from Taptastic. Ever evolving, new things all the time, every day, something new. For the longest time I loved it, but similarly to Taptastic, my enjoyment of it slowly faded. And I had an on and off relationship with the app. Well, in order to continue the story I have to get further into my history as a writer. I'll make it quick.
I always had a passion for writing, my skill really bloomed in the eighth grade and it got to the point where I could show anybody something I wrote and they would all agree it was fantastic. However, I noticed that my writing had a specific trend. After a certain point, I would lose track of my stories pace and not know where to take the story. No matter what, this always happened, so one day, I took to script writing. And I absolutely loved it, I was able to have the stories proceed farther than before, I first started working with a friend of mine for he art, but college got in the way of that, I can't blame him, college is hard you know? But now I want to find a way to bring my stories to life, and looking for a place to collaborate, I found my old pal Taptastic and decided why not give it a try? So, now that my backstory is over with, onto the information!!
This project, as indicated by the title, is not paid, I apologize, but at the moment, I do not have access to an able amount of money to pay anybody here, I am only in the tenth grade. Due to this fact no update scheduled will be posed on you, I will give you creative input on how to make any of my stories better, I will allow you to work on your own time and to input your art to me at your own time. There will be no perimeters when in comes to taking your time, take the time you need, just get it to me sometime, this can be discussed more if somebody agrees to this.
Now I already have a few scripts that I am working on (none completed) I am open to my writer giving me ideas for a new scripts' premise or even something that happens in a script that I am currently working on. As I said, full creative input on the things I write. The scripts that I work on are most certainly more serious works, a cartoony art style just won't work. A realistic art style can do, but it doesn't HAVE to be realistic. Just normal anatomy, no chibi or cartoon character. (For some reason I am un-able to post pictures of acceptable art styles here. So this will have to be something discussed later). I am mainly working on action but will also do horror, and or mystery. Like I said before, i till take ideas from you to create new scripts as well as to make old scripts better.
