I try to visit the forums once a day, and I've noticed the writing topics have slowed down, so I wanted to check in with everyone.

How is your writing on Tapas going? Did anyone get featured? Did you get any new subs? If you write here, then please share your good news

Hey there! Thanks for answering me. I got New & Noteworthy for a while, so it was nice to be featured. My writing is going so-so. I want to get my manuscript done so I can rewrite it and send it to an editor. Next year, I want to submit my stories for publication, so I feel pressured right now. Hahaha, I'm just trying to keep my stress in.

Hi there! I've been a member for a few months now. I used to check in every now and then. Now I'm preparing myself to write. I guess you can say I'm new to the forums despite having registered for some time.

I hope to share good writing. Meeting great people here's so easy. It makes me more excited to produce content. Let's have faith in our abilities. As the Koreans say, fighting!

One of my novels was once in Staff Picks, it was quite a shock, because none of my comics was ever featured there as far as I know, and the picked novel wasn't the title I'd actually wish to be in the spotlight lol
But it was a nice surprise anyway.

I wish to get back to writing, but due to some people and their opinions towards my style... I feel a bit discouraged, so I put everything on hiatus for now. UnU

Hey there. No features for me, but I was in trending for a little bit, which surprised me. I got a few new subs (but also lost one which is really upsetting). I've kind of been on a roll lately with writing, usually I have to force myself to sit down and update once a week but lately I've been able to sit down and update every few days.

I actually hope to start writing a new novel soon.

I have been in Tapas since the end of July, i guess, but i just started my comic this monday. I have been on fresh and got 11 subs
Some of my subscribers really love my comic, and that makes me very happy.

The writing is going well, i`m very inspired and have a lot planned for my comic.

I recently finished planning my book series, as in a multi-book arc which has smaller arcs inside it. I've planned each and every chapter of volume one and now I'm going to finish up writing chapter 3 and then rewrite chapters 1 and 2 of Darcy Sparrow very soon. Trying to make things as cohesive as possible. How is everyone else?

I've been on tapas as a reader for awhile after my friend told me where to find her comic. I actually started posting my story, Enchantress, here at her suggestion. There's only a few sites that I know of to post original fiction and tapas is the place where I've had the largest audience. I've been on the new and noteworthy page in the past but I think what really helps me out is posting on a regular basis.

I haven't really been noticed. Part of me thinks that mostly has to do with only uploading a short story each month. Well I think I have to believe that or I'm gonna just start thinking my writing is crap ><
I got some new subs so that's great though to be fair half are friends and family. Though I'm still ridiculously happy that they took the time to read my writing and sign up for me and everything

Hi! I joined Tapas a looong time ago, but wasn't till just tonight I decided to freshen up my first chapter of something I've been working on for years and publish it in here! There was like an invigorating awakening from my writers block, very suddenly, and goddamnit I went for it!

That's awesome you got staff picked! I'm sorry to hear that some people discouraged you. Even though they said those things, you should keep trying.

I know it's hard to write when you feel discouraged. Barely anyone reads my stories on here, so that discourages me from writing, but all I can do is keep trying.

I'm sorry to hear you lost some subs. I lost some subs, too, but I gained some new ones rather quickly.
