Omg, u forgot half cat, half elf, half tomato, half tiger, half popstar, half model, half orphan, half human, half book, half worm, half a piece of corn, and half rock!

Base them only off your own personal kinks and fetishes.

That's it. You're done.

Base it on yourself but make it a yandere because yandere is a real personality.

Well, you take your favorite character from your favorite story, make a cooler version of them (preferably something that can beat goku), and you're done! Now you have the best character of all time!

Brooding. So much brooding. He almost never speaks, yet is effortlessly cool. When he does speak he's a jerk, and girls love him because they can just sense the tragic backstory. He's the smartest boy in school. This fact is never demonstrated, and yet it is known. What color are his eyes? Nobody's sure, because his long, dark bangs cover them at all times, yet it is understood that they are deep and beautiful. He is a mystery wrapped in an enigma, and his main character trait is that he must suffer in stoic silence.

Its scary how much this seems to be a part of one of my OCs. Thank god thats only 2% of him

Have your hard-working female lead be constantly outshined by a naturally-talented male character who just moved into town.

Then have her fall in love with him.

Hey, we all use tropes! The important thing is to use them well and not just make carbon copy characters. 2% is nothing to worry about.

They should be perfect with no flaws, and most importantly, they must be invincible. They don't like conflict, so tend to go along with any situation to avoid any potential confrontation, and when ever they speak it is a monologue.

Alternately: they say they don't like conflict, but solve everything with violence without even trying another alternative, because who needs stated character traits to match their actions? I suppose it's not a conflict is if the MC is so overpowered no one can fight back.

More points if he's an ass who shits on everything she does. The more he shits, the more she loves him.
The perfect end is that she abandons her life to have babies. :sparkles:

Remember that your OC should ALWAYS be in the spotlight. They are such a perfect character they can carry the story on their own, so don't worry about giving much personality to the rest of the cast, aside from having them be there to help the OC's plot move along!

Look, making an OC is hard, so just do what the best do:
Take existing characters, mash them together and brand them as your own original creation!

And don’t forget to make them edgy with a dark backstory, how else will anyone learn to take you- I mean your OC seriously?
