I recently purchased the XP Pen Artist 12 Pro tablet and I'm having some difficulties enabling left click as a shortcut. If I try to make one of the shortcut keys left click, it isn't able to hold the left click, rather it counts it as a single click.
If I try and use it within something like Medibang or PainttoolSai, the placement of the pen and the mouse on my computer get 'confused' and the cursor follows only where it left off on the computer and ignores the pen.
The reason why I'm trying to figure out how to get the left click shortcut to work is because I'd rather not ruin my nibs by endlessly scratching at the screen just to color in a large area - having an external left click allows you to hover the pen and draw without ever touching the screen.
Basically, how do I get left click to hold when pressing on a shortcut key?
(Just a note that currently - and weirdly - the hold only works on 'eraser' in MSPaint, and literally nothing else.)
If anyone knows how to solve this problem or find a way to overcome the limits of the software, that would be greatly appreciated!
