I don't really comment on collaboration threads, but I just have to say that this oddly feels like a threat, like a13 writers vs. 1 artist. Very overwhelming for an artist if you ask me. And I assume the artist will be buried in the number of people credited.

Is there even a main writer? You cannot make a coherent illustrated story with this many voices.

Out of the 13 of you, none of you are willing to spend some time learning to draw? If 6 of you specialized - pencils for characters, pencils for backgrounds, inker, flatter, colorist, letterer, you could be relatively proficient in that skill in a year of diligent practice.

Most adult artists are not going to want to work with someone who is 13.

That makes more sense.

Your best bet is to make friends with a classmate with similar interests and art skills and make your comic together, or to give it your best shot and learn drawing yourself - you have enough time, if you can be diligent about practice. Certainly wanting to make comics was a big motivator for me to learn art as a teen.

The people on this forum would love to help you by offering advice and critiques, but drawing 20+ pages of free art is a big ask. A random stranger online who was willing to do that for you might have ulterior motives, as well.
