European Caucasian white. And if being shapeshifters makes them all one ethnicity, wouldn't being human make us all one ethnicity?
But yeah, Evander is a shapeshifter, as are his parents. Evander's alternates are a red osprey and a red cheetah. Owen's are a golden eagle and a kodiak bear. Leander's are a black horned owl and a black jaguar.
Daecon has so far been shown to shift into a white Royal Eagle and a white African lion as well as a hybrid between the Royal Eagle and human (as shown here). He doesn't know it yet, but he will have the ability to take on nearly any animal form. All of them will have white feathers or fur. Dionysius' alternates are a sliver raven, a silver wolf, and a silver house cat. Darion's are a white eagle (like Daecon, but smaller), a white wolf, and a white stoat (weasel).
In my shapeshifter realm the animals they take will usually be the same colours as their hair as a human, even if those colours aren't quite right for the animal, hence Evander's red cheetah and Dionysius' silver raven. Also, most shapeshifters can change into one bird and one mammal, but Daecon, Dion, and Darion can change into more because they are royalty, which has more powerful magic. Only Daecon can form hybrids though.
