Bantam is like... Batman meets Mel Brooks.
A cross between Soul Eater and the Devil May Cry anime.
I'm currently on hiatus because I'm touching up older pages and redrawing a few before I send the comic out to get copyrighted.
My comic Grassblades is a cross between Blade of the Immortal and a good pinch of Hellboy.
Or Usagi Yojimbo meets Lone Wolf and Cub.
Or Vagabond meets 365 Samurai And A Few Bowls of Rice.
(help I can't choose!)
Steampunk D&D and most things by Orson Scott Card. ^^
That's two things, right? >>
Oops Comic Adventure is a cross between Bone and Calvin and Hobbes.
Alone is a cross between...Once and The Family Stone (possibly...this was hard to think up, haha)
Blade of the Immortal is one of my biggest influences! awesome
R:ILPERSONA is the end result of my imagination tossed into a blender with Blade of the Immortal and Hunter X Hunter.
Those are mainly my biggest influences as far as how I approached writing the series. I wouldn't really say that the series itself is a cross between anything that I can think of at the moment. Someone did tell me that the special suits that the main characters wear reminded them of Gatchaman and I will admit that is one of the inspirations behind their suits, since I used to watch Gatchaman/G Force as a kid (the suits are an amalgam of several different ideas and inspirations that I've had over the years).
Daniel is....err...Nosferatu meets...the 1930s movie Mad Love? XD
It think Jonny and Valve would be mix of Batman the Animated Series and old Disney comics
Batman for the style of the people and colors, but old Disney for the curved perspective and big eyes. And both mixed together for story. There's probably some Anime influence in there but I can't pinpoint it exactly.
My comic is a cross between Persona 4 and Madoka Magica (or Sailor Moon or most other magical girl series).
I love both so you'd better link me >:3
My comic Coyote Bison is essentially They Call Me Trinity meets Tom and Jerry.
Whereas my comic Prozaic is a mix between Scott Pilgrim and Octopus Pie.
Breakout could be considered a cross between Misfits (UK) and Marvel's Runaways.
RAWR! Dinosaur Friends
My comic, Room for Improvement, is basically sorta Looney Tunes mixed with rainbows. It's wacky and crazy and all that jazz.
Not too far into it yet, but here's the link to Dreamers.
Drawing page 45 now, and the art does gradually improve. This is a long term experiment about making comics, but I am heavily influenced by Persona and magical girl series.
I think Fallacy could be viewed as a mix between history channel's Vikings and Patrick Rothfuss's book series called The King Kingkiller Chronicle
Shades Of Men is a cross between Tokyo Godfathers and Taken!I'm drawing page 51 and the plot really starts to thicken.Loving it!
The Shadow War is Nightcrawler meets James BondThe Law of the Jungle is a cross between I was a Teenage Werewolf and Buffy the Vampire SlayerPride is a cross between Dog the Bounty Hunter and Gotham.
