I really need to make one.
I made this for an extra chapter of the old version of my novel, depicting the nation where the story sets in. It was a flop and I think I need to revise the map. To tell the truth I made this without prior geographical knowledge so no shit of it's shit. I think based on its position and shape you may know what real life nation it is inspired of.
Ah yes. Looks strangely like a part of Asia.
That looks really amazing! How did you create that?
Nice thread!
Oh my gods that looks like something straight out of a video game!
I should really make one for Dark Hope, shouldn't I?Ah, it's whatever, I'll probably get around to it one day.
Maybe.
You should do it before you forget.
I know it may seem ridicules , but this is my first try to make one I made it just with my phone, but now it's something different in my mind, but the base is this, and I'll try in the near future to collaborate with someone with good skills or I'll make myself make another one

@youu2sef I mean you don’t need a person with skill to make a map. You just need lines, colors, and names. If you’re going to do a close up map like if a country only then just use names for towns or make a legend.
...Still counts as a map, right? It's for Leaving the Cradle:
Thank you
I don't know, I just create it. I want to use the map-making site (IDK the name) or reference a normal fantasy map, but I ended up confused instead so I did a simple one.
I made a world map for my novel. (not a very good one but I made one anyway)
@CommanderMarty I love how “the shoe” looks like an actual shoe.
This is the partial world map I created for my novel The Legendary Hero's Brother on Inkarnate!
You'd love to see this map in action too!
Wow the map looks legit! top notch design
I made this one a while back but more of the locations referenced in it have been brought up/visited in the comic now, so that's kinda cool.
It's sort of basic, I'm having an actual artist go over it again, but this is Witherbless, the main world for my book, Demetori!
Loved the topic! so many techniques of creating maps!
My series happens on a universe where all myths existed, but somehow vanished from the planet. Since it's gonna have a lot of points of view and the characters will travel in adventure, i draw my own version of the global map with little faces to show where they are in the first episode:
Ah so like a Earth replica but with completely different premise behind it. I like the sound of that.
