I eat Potatoes and run the comic Understanding Nothing, which is about trying to be successful in life. Its supposed to be one of those feel-good comics as I'm throwing in a joke or two in every strip.

When making my webcomic Understanding Nothing, i tend to put on some Anime/Video Game/Cartoon Soundtracks i like. If I'm really uncomfortable, ill either make myself some baked potatoes and/or have a shower. I find taking a 15-30 min break playing your favorite game helps too (cough Splatoon 1). …
(imma cheat and play again >: ) ) 10/10. That chin......
I also do know that is you have both, Banner shows up on desktop and icon shows up on mobile.
Isnt there an official forum thread for potential features? If there is, submit having both there! Haha, no worries. i subbed myself too :3
.10/10! Looks like a streetlamp robot
I want to have lots of subscribers! Not for popularity, but to know that they all support and ENJOY my comic! Understanding Nothing, not gonna be too pushy ;w;
I have a comic, Understanding Nothing and i am think of potentially making a fan comic of some sort. I heard somewhere that if you have tipping on, all your comics will be affected. If i ever do enable tipping, is that an option? Because i really dont want to go through the cycle of making multiple …
The "Time Thingy" from 'Steven and the Stevens' (Steven Universe)
Both. Make a character reference sheet; this helps you while you're drawing, just in cause you missed important aspects of her. If you do change styles, try to keep her design the same, or throw a few panels where the character changes her hair color, or ties back her hair, you know, appearance. W…
Oh my gosh, i love Green Spleen! Over at Understanding Nothing (My Comic), I'm having the same issue. Dozens of Viewers come to my comic every time its in the Fresh section (AKA Newly Updated), yet it is rare to get subscriber out of that. Its cool how our comics are genred around the same type of t…
It really depends. For Comedy comics you might to aim slightly for the Quantity side, because sometimes your jokes just don't hit. While is the opposite for Plot line comics. Always, and Always, think Quality over the Quantity. Nobody wants dozens of junk spamming their Tapas inbox. But that doesn't…
My comic Understanding-Nothing, isn't plot based so if i change one panel, often it wont create confusion. So generally i take approx 15-30 minutes. It really depends on how large, how detailed, if you're colouring, and many other factors. Just take your time experimenting with different tactics to …
The "Comixplosion" is an occasional thing. I understand, though, because everyone has their tastes in what they like and i respect that.
I own a comic named Understanding Nothing, and i'm curious about ow often i should update it. My comic isn't plot based, and is one of those comics attempting to make you laugh. Currently i update once a week (Wednesdays). I have a scheduled Hiatus going on (Ending next week), and post a full week o…
Weird Tapastic should make an option to enable/disable monetization for specific comics. Ill keep that in mind.
I was thinking of redoing some older comics and make them look nicer (especially the first one), so ill remove Peridot from them. Thank you for that suggestion. Youre absolutely right. Ill save Peridot for a never-planning-to-buy-me-lunch comic. Thanks for your Input! I doubt that ill be …
I have a comic named Understanding Nothing. Occasionally i have Peridot visit my comic for comedic use, and have a disclaimer in those episodes stating that she belongs to Rebecca Sugar. Now lets say I were to get Tipping enabled on a comic like that, is it allowed? It isn't a fan comic, so I wouldn…
Let yourself take as long as you need to plan everything out. I had a genius idea for a comic 4 months ago but scraped it because i didn't think i had the means to convey the complex plot line and such very well, and i didn't like i could keep it going. I started a brand new idea, a comic without a …
I'm not very good at being quick with my art, but an alternative is to post meaningful content instead. Its better to wait for a better comic than to get a rushed, not-very-good comic. I still struggle with what i post because I have a dry sense of humor. My schedule is already filled as well. Not…
