Maybe try sketching it out? Hopefully that'll help get your thoughts together on how to run your arc.
Well, introduce your main character first then work from there. Pick the arc you initially came up because that is usually, in my opinion, closest to the beginning of the whole story itself.
What I suggest is to set up arcs. To me, setting up an arc allows me to explore certain concepts and introduce characters more easily without losing traction in the overall plot of my comic.
An art trade is when people draw something and give it to each other. Like someone would ask that they want a drawing of their OC and the other person would ask for a drawing of their OC. Then they draw each other's characters and exchange them!
There are a lot of influences for 8-Ball Shuffle. The anime Panty and Stockings, the colors of the anime are bright and pop out and I really enjoyed that and having that in a still piece of work would be cool. A lot of british rap music and 90's rap music. It feels very fitting due to the settin…
Hello everyone! If you guys aren't busy drawing and writing your comics, lets do an art trade! It'll be a great way to practice and meet other creators in the process! Here is a link to the discord chat I made because it seems like it would be nice to have a place where we could all chat and talk ab…
So far, I'm really enjoying the art and the pale colors. On the other hand, there isn't a lot to critique. I'm willing to see where this comic goes though.
8-Ball Shuffle is a comic about a local man with an eight ball for a head who ruins everyone's fun.
Don't change anything. If they can't handle it, they can't handle. If you enjoy the story you're writing and creating then keep going with it. Personally, the ending doesn't matter to me, it's the journey the protagonist takes to get to that point.
Thanks! I can see what you mean by the Bojack Horseman vibe from the city sort of atmosphere and the colors. I really appreciate you taking time and reviewing what I have so far!
Thank you! I'm just trying to pump out pages of the comic as soon as I can to get the first episode out that'll explain what's to come ahead and set up the world. Thank you for the criticism!
I have recently started my comic 8-Ball Shuffle which is about people who have powers based on board games, card games and children's games and I would love some critique and some sort of criticism please to know whether or not I am running my comic well. Here's a link. Thank you guys!
Seems relatively fishy and did a little research. Turns out it's legitimate but for now I say don't trust it and wait until the websites actually develops. Turns out it's a chinese company, so I wouldn't be surprised if it was actually a phishing scam.
