I am a writer. I'm a fiction writer in particular. There are a lot of things I'm either hobbying or decently skilled; writing is the one that comes first and I've written stories since I was a child. It is the one thing I can do without any assistance or having to pay out money for any kind of servi…

Here is mine! Genre: - Fantasy - Adventure - Mystery Themes: - Crossing of Modern and Medieval - Self-Discovery - Cartoon characters with real personalities - Importance of family - Legacy - Rivers run deep - Bonding between characters - Things Got Real Fast

I'm turning 27 this year and I've been working on the concept behind my story, Uniques United, since 2004 while developing the six main characters to the point where we aged together to a point. I only started officially writing the story on Tapas for about 2-3 weeks so far and I'm still on the firs…

In the first episode (which I'm currently writing!), one of the characters is sent to a system of caves that have the exact same color and light level as the underground lake in this picture. [image]

One reason could be freedom to poke your nose into other people's business and their wallets at the same time, and drink a toast to the saddened, amusing, and pathetic lives of the people who despise your line of work.

I know that one all too well. There's a lot of stuff from the past that will never be finished, either!

I'm delighted to hear that! Thank you  How would you describe my writing style?

1: I write fiction but I read non-fiction. I find it funny that I can be so turned on by philosophy, personal development, and anything I find useful to apply, but when it comes to finding a good story to read, very few things grab my interest. Growing up, I didn't even like to read fiction and yet …

This one's called Uniques United. I only started writing the story here recently but if you like mice, adventure, fantasy, with elements of mystery/horror and some interesting cross-cultural phenomena between medieval and modern worlds, you might like this novel.

I use a water cooler jug as a money jar, actually. :stuck_out_tongue:

I have Ko-fi actually! And I had someone tip me recently saying that they loved reading Uniques United. That was an amazing feeling.

Hi there! I have a Novel and I'm writing the first episode as of this post. I have 11 subscribers already and people inside and outside of Tapas have given it fantastic reviews. I began posting chapters last month. The concept is solid and the people who do read it really enjoy it and they frequen…

I bought Ko-fi Gold very recently. Although I don't do commissions, I like the other benefits it has. Like being able to change the size of the Coffee tips per item.

Ko-fi seems to be perfect for someone like me! I even bought the Gold membership. Ko-fi and Tapas seem to pair very well together. ^^ [Buy Me a Coffee at ko-fi.com] [image]

I've practically "lived" with my characters. I've watched them grow and change since I was a kid and I'm now in my mid-20s. Here is one of the six sibling mice that are part of my story, Uniques United: This is Miranda [image] Miranda is training to be an assassin. She is part of a secret societ…

I see! I think it'd be a great comic. Just that I hate drawing but I'd love to work with a comic artist to make it happen.

If you pay people with peanuts, expect monkey business.

I respect the fact that you're trying to solve a problem instead of adding to the pile that already exists. People can be vicious and full of vitriol and I see it everywhere.

When you're hated by enough people growing up to make you look back at them with disdain and disgust, you won't want to copy anyone's style. I learned this firsthand and I have a very unique writing style because of that.

I once wrote a Pokemon fanfiction that had an Aspie main character and though the signs weren't immediately obvious, I got comments from people saying that the signs were authentic and they were present in the little things, and it was one of the things my readers appreciated. The guy still function…

Still eligible! Currently at 7 subscribers.

It would be a comic if I could draw to save my life! Maybe someone would like to work with me on making this happen? :3 EDIT: Oh crap, I just realized, when I saw your comment in my notifications, that wasn't a direct reply to me, that was a reply to the thread, and I thought the comment was aimed…

I started very recently and I just uploaded the fifth chapter! If you like mice, fantasy, adventure, with elements of mystery and horror thrown in, you'll like this one. ^^

Here's my advice: I bet you anything that half of the people here do not know what they're doing and they're merely doing the best they can with what they have, because that's my reality and I'd hazard to guess it's the same for a lot of us Patreon creators.

@kainatarma To Keane, from all six mice: Neil: "It's happened before but nah, people get that mixed up all the time." Daniel: "I've been called worse things, I don't think rat is enough to bother me." Andrew: "I have a friend who's a rat." Stanley: "I've been called Demon Rat before. Some g…

Here's mine, which is actually the written version of a cartoon show I'm working on, called Uniques United. If you love mice, fantasy, adventure, a bit of mystery and horror while walking a fine line between scary and innocent, then this is for you. It also has a modern world vs medieval world dynam…

I'm working on a cartoon show called Uniques United, which I'm also writing a story version of on Tapas! I've been laboring on this thing and it's been a vision I've had since 2004. "Uniques United is an animated series currently in the making about six sibling mice who are training to become agen…

I lived to see the year 2000.

It's been a while since I drew something but I I think this is was it. [image]

@Rodimus13 Simon (at Blue): "What is OUM?" Build-a (I'm having all six mice answer that question each :P): Daniel: "Sure, go ahead!" Neil: "Uh...sure?" Andrew: "I like pats!" Stanley: "Why not?" Simon: "It does feel nice~ ^w^" Miranda: "I wouldn't advise it. I don't like being touched."
