Thanks! I had a really good mentors. I doubt I coulda done it without them.
Ohh, okies, I'll chip in too. I've been learning from a few artists on tapas. Back in november: [image] Current: [image]
Hmm, I'm only confident in animating effects and still images. I haven't nailed down motion quite yet. I mean, I use csp, so idk if I could help, sounds beyond me sorry
Best of luck on the animation tho! Its pretty fun seeing it come out
what kind of animation are you thinking of doing? I might be able to help out if you would like.
Well, my MC is plain as anything, so I needed effects to make him spicy, (and to hide my lack of skill at drawing hair and clothes, XD) [image]
Well. I'm looking for some practice, so if you can get a flat, I can add in glow/shadows for depth and maybe a simple animation so u can have a GIF cover.
You could try going hrough your notifications and seeing if there's an old one from the comic's last update.
He he, well it's only edited composition. I don't have any skills, or the technical knowhow/tools, to make actual music , unless it's simple melodies or drums. I can send you a sample of something I did with a VA tho. (I'm more of an editor, so if you want me to review some things, or already have …
Hmmm, I see. So like, include a link in the comment, which gives the option to explore more for people who want to. But it also doesn't ruin the flow of the story. That's a great idea!
Yeah, I guess it would be bonus content. For the lore part, the arc of the scythe does this in a way, and I really liked that. I actually take a lot of inspiration from the way it formats in-notes lore with the story.
My thoughts exactly. It's why I'm always hesitant to put it in. Those are some good examples tho, I'll take a look
Ohh, this is a good idea. Thx!
Yeah, I myself usually skip them , so I never like to write them. Also, I think journal entries, speeches, and any other type of writing from another world is cool!
Mmm, ok, so moderation is the key.
So, for me, I always thought that, if you had to explain something, that would be bad. But what do you guys think about notes at the end of chapters? Like terms, places, etc?
yeah! Though we mostly post art on insta
Heck, no. They're too serious/career oriented, so yeah.... Nope.
My collab partner is actually, so just giving a shoutout!
Sorry for the late reply. Inksgiving kinda swamped me [:sweat_02:]
But sorry, no, not yet. I still need to get caught up with all the wonderful excerpts I have already Thanks for checking in though. [:hohoho:]
Idk if someone mentioned it, but it also works if you put it in a humorous way as well. That way it could help you trick your brain into making a flaw seem like a good thing. Example: (One of my characters) Flaw Greed: He looked over to the cart with greedy eyes. "That's all mine, no one t…
Also, you can get free ink to donate more, The best way is through games like these: But since Inksgiving is here, I would go with games that give you ink when you download and launch it. Its a good few hundred for light work. Here's an Example reel/video: (Every drop of ink will still count, and …
do it anyways, any amount counts towards spicy content
To Otaku, it would be literal hell.
Thanks! I took a look at your series, really like Camaelits its pretty cool! I sent a DM with the details.
Ok, great! I sent you a dm with the details.
Shoot, really?
I mean, what else were you gonna do with "1 million ink to donate to small creators on Inksgiving" ?
It was announced on the discord the discord creator goals...... It was all inferred before you said a word. [:sweat_02:] Sorry sorry.
Hol up, don't ignore. We support the community by supporting Jobless. (We also get some bonus content ) This way, all the leftover ink (or whatever amount of ink you have set aside for new creators) is funneled into 1 place and given out in an organized distribution to anyone who hasn't gotten 30,0…
