Catching up on the reading on this thread. Lots of great ideas here for rewards. Most of the episodes demonstrating Inksgiving seemed to explain it more than offer rewards, but I really like the idea of rewards. Early chapters and extra stories are great ideas. Make sure that you are selective about the advice you take You can get too many opinions and get discouraged. You can't please everyone. At the end of the day, it's your work and what you want to write and make is up to you.
