Here is the newest page of Adventures in the Chromatosphere, but the next page will be up soon! [image]
Here is the difference between my main characters, Redd and Indy, in the first page vs. the second latest page! (I had been slow getting pages done with school and such, but I'm starting to get new pages done quicker). [image] [image]
So the window doesn't open on either monitor? Does Clip Studio Paint otherwise freeze up like something is loading?
Is Google really killing off Hangouts? My college software project groups would always keep a Google Hangout open while working on a project separately so we could all code our individual parts and then unmute ourselves if we had a question or something we needed to discuss with the group. This so…
Are you using a tablet monitor or any second monitor? When I'm using two monitors, the details window often opens in the monitor that I don't expect it to open in so I sometimes think it's not working.
There are actually two wrench icons, a diagonal one that locks the sub tool, and then a vertical wrench with a shadow that shows the details. I'm just looking at it now though or else I wouldn't have remembered there were two.
By the way, would you like to receive submissions by email?
I've seen a lot of webcomics that use Disqus for comments, such as Snarlbear, Rutabaga, and Boozle. I've thought about trying it out myself on my website (although I don't use wordpress, just HTML code), but I haven't looked into it too much yet. It looks like it might be a good way to add a comment…
I get ideas from almost anything. Video games, comics, movies, TV shows and cartoons, board games, podcasts, songs, real life. Usually I get inspired by something and that gives me an idea for a particular character, item, story arc, location, or something of that nature.
I haven't decided what I'll do yet but I just discovered the title being cut off on mobile is because I have an iPhone 5S. Someone with an iPhone 7 looked at it and the whole title fit on the thumbnail because of the bigger screen.
I tried switching to both "Adv. in the Chromatosphere" and just "Chromatosphere" but "Chromatosphe" is all that fits on a line in both cases. That doesn't really bother me though because at least most of the word fits. And do you mean a lot of series start with that or not a lot do?
So my comic is called Adventures in the Chromatosphere. On the mobile app, this title shows up in the thumbnails as "Adventures in the" with a large blank space because Chromatosphere doesn't fit in the second line. My main question here is if I should change the title on Tapas to "Adv. in the Chrom…
I started coming up with character ideas for Adventures in the Chromatosphere in 2012 and since then have been keeping a list of loose character ideas and story arcs. Then I kind of make up the actual pages as I go based on those loose ideas. I usually come up with a script of sorts, draw the page i…
Tags are definitely helpful on Instagram, but I would be careful. Instagram started shadowbanning people recently and using too many tags is a suspected reason why. A couple months ago I was shadowbanned, even though I only post once a week, if that, and the problem still hasn't been resolved. If yo…
I sent an email earlier this week. Is there still a wait to get tipping activated?
I'd love to do some type of guest comic if you're still looking for volunteers!!
I always do 9x12 inches at 600 dpi so I always have a high resolution version handy if I ever need it.
I recently started posting a comic on Tapastic called Adventures in the Chromatosphere! The link is https://tapastic.com/series/chromatosphere and can also be found on my website at http://cgphils.com
I usually listen to something while drawing. I have a comic-drawing playlist of music I often listen to, but I really recommend podcasts. My favorites are My Brother, My Brother, and Me, and The Adventure Zone!
